WE'RE HIRING

JUNIOR DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

September 2019

Full-time, Mon-Fri, Bristol, with opportunity to occasionally work from home after 3-month probation period.

We're looking for a new member to join our team of digital activists at If Not Now.

FIRSTLY, A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US...

We're If Not Now. A small but mighty team of digital activists at your service.

Political upheaval. Shifting climate. Equality revolution. The world is changing … some good, some bad. We – the compassionate humans – need to do more.

We only work with people and brands that are serious about making the world better. Why? Because the world needs it, and the time to wait is over. You might have heard a lot of companies say this, but trust us, we really don’t work with anyone that doesn’t work in the environmental and social justice space, which is pretty rare for an agency. But that’s just how serious we are.

We might be driven by our values, but we’re powered by our skills, and that’s what makes the stuff we do work.

The digital space is ever changing, ever evolving. Knowing which approach to take can seem impossible. We help navigate that space and importantly, put it into action.

We want to grow a passionate, skilled team who want to help us fight the good fight.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Jnr Digital Marketing Executive and part of our team, you’ll be helping us deliver digital campaigns for some the UK’s finest social, environmental and creative projects.

In the past two years, we’ve grown in size and have worked on some incredible projects and campaigns – like that Boris/Trump mural, getting a record number of young women to vote in the GE through #SHEvotes, encouraging politicians to put nature first after Brexit with RSPB, calling on big businesses for climate action with Friend of the Earth, and loads more. Yep, we don’t mess about.

And now we need a new energetic digital activist to join us as we continue to grow and help shape the world.

It’s an exciting time to be joining as we’re a small and growing team, so you’ll have the opportunity to play a part in and even steer our (bright) future. But due to the nature of our small agency, you will need to be extremely organised, time efficient and be able to take initiative.

Most of your job will be helping create and deliver digital campaigns including content creation, channel management, community building, influencer research and outreach, advertising, blog writing as well as liaising with clients.
