WE'RE HIRING

THIS POSITION HAS NOW BEEN FILLED.

SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

March 2018

Full-time, Mon-Fri, Bristol, with opportunity to regularly work from home after 3 month probation period.

We’re a digital marketing start-up based in Bristol that work exclusively with social, environmental and creative projects and organisations. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our growing team of four.

ABOUT US

Digital Marketing with a Conscience

We’re a small company fiercely driven by values. We work only for people and projects that we feel make the world a better place.

Our mission? We’re still in our first year as a company, but things are looking pretty damn good. We want to become a respected voice for change - for the issues that we care about and for the people that deserve it most.

We aim to be an example of what an employer should be, offering better than fair pay, providing benefits that improve quality of life for our employees, and providing a comfortable and healthy work environment and culture. We want our team to want to be here, and to feel like you’re part of something bigger than just a 9-5.

We’re always conscious of our responsibility to society beyond the clients we work with and team we employ – and love to be vocal about causes we believe in. We can help you with skills and techniques, but we can’t make you give a shit. It’s essential that you genuinely care about the issues and causes we strive to work for – if you don’t, that’s totally fine, but we’re probably not the right fit.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Digital Account Manager and part of our growing team, you’ll be managing and delivering campaigns for some the UK’s finest social, environmental and creative projects. It’s an exciting time to be joining us, as we’re still in our first year as a company, giving you a great opportunity to play a part in and even steer our future.

As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of our clients. You will understand their business and the industry they operate in. You have experience of working for or with ethically and socially-driven organisations and you are comfortable communicating, presenting and keeping in contact with senior executives and decision makers – acting as the face of If Not Now and the ultimate escalation point on projects and opportunities.

You know how to look for opportunities, and are comfortable making connections and building relationships that ultimately result in new business opportunities for If Not Now.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

  • Manage and lead campaigns across a range of clients

  • Helping the Directors manage internal business affairs

  • Present innovative digital ideas and concepts to clients

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends

  • Necessary administrative tasks from time to time

  • Managing and prioritising own workload

Due to the nature of our small agency, it is crucial for you to take initiative, be extremely organised and time efficient.
